Tilak has more than 18 years of experience in Shared Service supporting industries like Pharma, Telecom, Media, Leasing and High-tech, in a number of senior leadership roles. He is one of the leading and most sought-after speakers in the Shared Service industry and his thought leadership in the areas of Robotic Process automation, Analytics, Process excellence and digital disruption have been recognized and appreciated by international Shared Service forums and practitioners across the globe. 

Tilak is a Grad CWA (ICWAI) and a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma from GE(Fairfield). He is also an internationally published author, illustrator and photographer.
